15-Jun-2011
On 15 June 2011, ECS Eurocargo Spolka z.o.o., which is headquartered in Będzin, was renamed Express-Interfracht Polska Sp. z.o.o.
The company, which has been active on the Polish and central European markets since 1990, has four sites, of which three branches are in the Polish ports of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Szczecin-Świnoujście.
Comprehensive service portfolio with transport services on all geographic routes
Express-Interfracht Polska offers transport services on all geographic routes, particularly in central, southern and eastern Europe, from and to Scandinavia, in the Mediterranean region, in the Middle and Far East, and in North, Central and South America.
The spectrum of transport services ranges from organising rail and road transports and inland shipping on all European routes, to sea and port forwarding including chartering vessel tonnage for shipments across the world, and transhipments in the sea ports. Naturally, storage, handling, formation of unit loads, inspection of goods and a broad range of complementary services are also part of our comprehensive service range. Professional advice from a team of experts in all transport-related matters rounds off the service portfolio.
Express-Interfracht Polska – Sea and Port Forwarding
In addition, the company also specialises in complex sea and port forwarding in the Polish ports of Gdańsk, Gdynia and Szczecin-Świnoujście. Express-Interfracht Polska’s service portfolio includes the clarification of vessel arrangements, the affreightment of marine vessels, chartering and booking of loads all over the world, arrangement of ship repairs of all kinds, and crew transfers.
The port of Gdynia is available to the customer as a modern transhipment facility thanks to the crane that was shipped from Rostock for use in Gdynia in February 2011. The use of the crane offers great opportunities both for domestic and international transports being forwarded via the port of Gdynia.
