The “Lehel Kürtje” Express is a tried and trusted train service with daily departures from Hungary that is able to transport goods westwards within 12 hours. Individual wagons are combined cost-effectively in Jászberény (Hungary) and forwarded on to Sopron and Vienna.
On this basis goods can be quickly and securely transported onwards to the western European rail network - without long stopovers in Hungary. Where originally this service was only intended for consumer goods transports, today cargoes from a multitude of different sources are carried on the "Lehel Kürtje" Express.
